3. Job description:

3.1 Assistant Front Office Manager
– Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office department.
– Co-operate with subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of FO department.
– To welcome guest, lead guest to the table, create optimum customer satisfaction by
providing the highest standard, keep the harmony in the department.
3.3 Guest Service Agent
– Warmly great & create the first best impressions and accomplish all procedures for guests
to reach services in hotel. Combine with other departments to solve all problems arising
during guests’ stay.
4. Job requirements:
– Full-time position in 1 – 6 months
– Recent graduate or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with major in Foreign
language, Tourism Management
– No experience required
– Be able to operate the computer system and maintain computer discipline at all times.
– Problem resolving skill; Dealing skill; Team working skill
– Informatics Office: Proficiency
– Creative, honest and enthusiastic for the job.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Ability to work cooperatively and work independently.
– Ability to speak and present ideas fluently in English.
